Well bro's I took my last shot on Tuesday. 200 mg's of sust in my right delt. It was a sad day. I'm starting H.C.G. in 3 days, then derma sustain and nolva afterward. All I can say is this has been an unbelievalbe ride.
To the newbies, this is serious fucking business. If you are not ready to completely commit yourself don't even think about doing AS. This is an addition to your current regiment, not THE regiment. If you don't have proper diet, training, rest and P.C.T. lined up don't even think about AS. And, if you're 19 years old, come back in 5 years after you learn and grow naturally.
Diet is key. At times I wasn't eating right on my busy days and learned realy quick that high clean cals were key. All in all though my diet was tight and my results show it.
I trained 5-6 days a week. Gained 22 lbs and dropped to about 13% in BF. I started at 190 lbs after dropping from 196 on a quick cutter to get ready for the cycle. I'm 212 now and hope to keep most of my gains. All weights are off the charts.
My cycle was 400 mg's of sust/week and Amp02 for 12 weeks. I ran an AI for the first 5 weeks and stopped due to joint pain. Since I had little bloat and no signs of gyno.
My next cycle:
Dianabol 30 mg's/day 1-4
Test E. 500 mg's/week.
P.C.T.
I'm looking to add one more compound. Any suggestions?
