first cycle ever!

i'm a newb so don't flame me to bad guy's. just got some stanabol 50 injection and was'nt sure about how i should go about doin a cycle. i've been lifting for 4 months,i'm 30,195 lbs,about 14% body fat.if i need to provide more info just let me know!

Ok bro thirty is a good age to start but only lifting for 4 months is just a bit to soon what i recommend is get your training down diet down and when you hit that phase were nothing seems to work than start your cycle but what you might want to look at is stacking you winny with another test But maybe in the mean time run a cycle of clen to help shed some more fat than run your gear because once you get down in body fat and than fun the winny it will help lean you PLus add some LBM you can keep But if diet and training is not down than the winny is in vein
 
Thirty is fine, 4 months is not. You need a good natural base before you come to the "dark side".
 
so how long should i lift before i start,a year or longer? should i sell what i have now and find some when the time is right? my body fat is actually 8%,i was just guessing at 14%.thanks for the advice(except for the one asshole).

there is a big diff between 8 and 14%.
your age is ok, just not lifting for nearly long enough. sell what you have and train for another 2 yrs. you will learn more about your body and diet that way. you will put on natural muscle that will last longer then if you shoot AS now.

WHAT THE FUCK....you bodyfat is "really" 8%...just guessed 14.......whatever

8 is very hard to achieve and you would KNOW you are 8 if you were 8, you wouldn't be guessing 14

195lbs at 8%.....and you've been lifting four months...BULLSHIT
 
At 8% you have all 8 abs showing. You have viens through your calves, quads, abs, obliques, pecs, forarms, biceps, delts etc.
Keep working out naturally. There are a ton of guys at my gym who did not develop their bodies and hopped on. They have shitty physiques.
