First cycle ever long time research and lifting

Thanks for the fast input I'm truly amazed.
Just made a few phone calls and source and few of my buddies informed me that I'm not overdosing with the HCG but 2500x2 a week is way too much.. it wont damage the leyding cells but 500x2 will be enough to keep the boys stimulated. as for the formastanazol and unleashed those 2 compounds never passed my ears but as soon as I mentioned both of those and HCGenerate I got a response like "You really know what you are doing buddy!" LOL when i don't even know what they are so I guess people here know what they talking about...

Now for my cycle it will probably be delayed by atleast a month now.. waited too long so will wait a little bit more I want it all to be in a textbook form..

So for now I'm back to stacking mode.. got my 24 amps of testoviron depot(not a blend at all just Test E so not sure what traveflex91 was talking about) Got my arimidex its 30 pills..
I Got my clomid for free I have like 100 pills haha.

So as i looking for my cycle now its gonna based on the same principles just more work on pct

In my mind it looks like this now

Week 1~12 Testoviron 250mg twice a week
Week 3~10 HCG 500UI twice a week.
Week 1~2 Arimidex 0.25mgEOD Week 3~10 Arimidex 0.50mg EOD
Week 13~14 Arimidex down again to 0.25mg EOD

Then PCT 15~18 When Test levels drop enough I will be doing blood work. might post it here too so stay tuned I need all the assistance i can get to learn..

For pct I will need some kind of SERM.. it will be clomid..
50mg everyday(lowered the dose i trust you guys...)
Unleashed/Post Cycle Combo will be used as well as formastanazol instead of arimidex as its stronger and perfect for PCT.. will apply it to my skin.. Maybe few bumps on my testicles directly to experiment, what you think?? And should i run hcgenerate with all those compounds to get the full picture perfect pct?? Come at me with the dosages and experience with Unleashed forma and HCGenerate... HCG will be used during cycle and HCGenerate for PCT.

Also about the Training volume. I found out that for me "Balls to wall" twice a week on few compounds to momentary muscular failure with forced reps and negatives added works the best Not sure about cause effect but hey it worked and from age 24 to 28 when i started it i gained 40pounds of lean muscular mass from this kind of training so I'm more than happy with the results but im afraid im already close to my genetic potential and the more Closer i get the more everything has to be right.. muscle fiber types,intesity,volume,diet,more sleep, synthetic hormonal aid.. my natural T is declining as i mentioned that too.. I look to gain around 20pounds lean mass from this cycle and increase strength on all exercises by atleast 15 to 20%. If I respond well to the sauce i will be more than happy to add additional workout day. and of course i cannot emphasize enough how important for me the experience and knowledge of proper anabolics usage is.. I am planning to do this for the rest of my life now atleast 1 cycle every 2 years or so until i get to 70 lol i know what i sign in for.... So whatever info i get here now is very important so bring it on. Should i join the vip?

Testoviron is test enathanate and prop if my memory serves me correctly.
Similar to sustanon 250.
It would be called test e not testoviron if it wasn't the blend??
Kind of shaky on that..
 
^^^ no i don't disagree with that at all. i just think what he is saying 2X per week of balls to the wall is too much compressed.. 4X a week would make more sense splitting things up so he doesn't kill himself 2X per week.

i think no matter what everyone should do something everyday.. some kind of activity especially if they are like me where they sit on their ass all day for work. could be walking, running, swimming, fishing.. something to get the body moving .. now if you dig ditches all day or do construction or some kind of blue collar job its a totally different ballgame. when i had a blue collar job myself i could eat a lot of trash and look great. now 1 wrong thing can fuck me up having a white collar job :(

Agreed completely Steve. I do some form of training 7 days a week most of the time which is 3 days weights and 4 days cardio. On rare occasions I will take a day off of any training

Its all about what program and routine are best for your goals and lifestyle that can be effective.

absolutely, the key is finding out what works for you... it can take years to figure out what truly works for you and then just when you think you have it figured it, you may find and even better way... its important to continually be active in some way... i've lifted 3 days a week up to 6 days and 6 has been the most effective for me.. will it be for everyone, not at all...

to the op, i think you should try something different and see how your body responds... to obtain optimal muscle growth, you want to train in the hypertrophy stage... 8-10 reps per set at 80-85 % of your max... 4 sets per exercise... give this a try and see how it works... One thing to always keep in mind is that its important to change routines and stimulate your muscles... Like anything else, the body and muscles will get used to the same old routine and will lessen the results... continuously changing things will help to shock the body and allow for more growth...
