first cycle ending....bridge?

Gekko

New member
Just wrapping up first cycle, which worked beautifully.

I did 750mg of Sust/week, 75mg Fina eod, 50mg Winstrol ed, 25mg Arimidex ed, clomid therapy 3 weeks after last shot.

Gained about 15-18 lbs of nothing but muscle, increased my dumbbell bench about thirty pounds or so...just what I was looking for.

Naturally, I'm looking forward to a second cycle, but I'm wondering if I should "bridge" with something in the meantime, if that makes sense.

For what it's worth, I think the second cycle will be the same as the first, except to make the Fina every day, and add Equipoise (this was actually the cycle first suggested to me by my source, but I backed it up a little due to my rookie status).

Thanks in advance.

Nice results off your first cycle bro....I wouldn't reccomend bridging afterwords though.....follow it up with clomid therapy, use clen because of it's anti-catabolic properties and you should be able to keep most of your gains....

I was wondering the same thing, I'm about to start a fina/prop cycle and have a bunch of anavar, I was wondering if I should use the var in the cycle, or bridge with it afterwards

Congrats on completing the cycle, it sounds like it was a very positive experience. I would say "no" to the bridge idea for one simple reason, you should continue your education. Since this is in essence still your first you should now learn how to properly perform post-cycle recovery (i.e. see how you respond to clomid therapy), learn to maintain gains, etc. before moving on to bridging techniques. In other words, get the basics down for a couple of cycles then introduce bridging.

I agree - learn to do it the right way first. Bridging is for guys who don't want to come off - period. No recreational user should be employing these methods.

Personally I don't even think time on/off is adequate to truly stabalize the body. Seen too many guys run cycles with this method and then come off for a prolonged period and begin shrinking up over time.
