First Cycle, Deca or not?

I may keep doing just the weight loss thing , but use Clen intead of ephedrine, but I want to order Test at the same time, so I will have it when I get down a few more lbs. I will get some Nolvadex too.

fantastic! if you're makig good progress now without AAS stick with what you are doing. you could alternate the clen with the ECA every 2 wks to give you alittle change. personally i prefer ECA over the clen. clen just seams to stimulate the CNS too much for my likeing (but i still use it occasionaly)

if you can diet down to where you want to be before starting a cycle then you can focus more on GAINING instead of trying to shed fat while putting on muscle... when trying to do both you can get ok results, but when focusing on JUST one or the other (gaining or cutting) you can see some REALLY dramatic changes to your physique.

even when dieting its a good idea to get a lot of your food from protein. protein is thermogenic to a degree and MUCH more so than carbs. you may want to try upping your protein to 350 or so.. you are a big guy and want to minimize muscle loss while cutting the fat.
