I am 22 and have been training for 3 years, 6ft 2, 213lbs, 15% bf. I am looking to gain lean muscle mass.
Think of doing the following cycle.
Week 1-4 dbol@40mg ed
Week 1-10 sust250 .75cc eod
Week 4-10 winny@ 50mg eod
Week 12-16 nolva 40/40/20/20
Week 12-16 clomid 100/100/50/50
Just wondering if hcg would provide much benefit to this course and the best way to run it?
And any other thoughts and opinions?
Is this a good first course?
