What is 400 mg equal to -- is that 1cc or what. Sorry i slept through chemistry class and am a begginer in the roid world. Thanks for the help!

It depend in strength of product that you have.
Review your strength product. I suppose that it is a vial, so verify in any place where say XXX mg/ml (1 ml=1cc). For example, if say
100 mg/ml, when you inject 1 cc, you get 100 mg, so if you want 400 mg you have to inject 400/100 = 4 cc .
You can spread out your injection in, for example, two shot by weeks, so you inject 200 in one and 200 in other, and avoid too much volumen of gear in one time
