Ok, this is going to be my first cycle of gear ever. I've been lifting for about 4 years now and I've come to the point where I am not getting much gains anymore. So I have decided to juice up. What I am looking for is to put on muscle and increase my strength without losing the gains after my cycle is over.
Age: 19
Height: 6'0
Weight: 220
Diet:
Meal 1: cereal
Meal 2: sandwitch(any meat: turkey,chicken,tuna, etc)
Meal 3: another sandwitch of good meat
Meal 4: energy/protein bar (pre-workout)
Meal 5: protein shake (post-workout)
Meal 6: large salad mixed with good meat
Lots and lots of water. My diet changes all the time but mostly looks like that.
My proposed cycle:
8 WEEK CYCLE OF DBOL :
wk 1 - 40mg p/d
wk 2 - 40mg p/d
wk 3 - 50mg p/d
wk 4 - 60mg p/d
wk 5 - 50mg p/d
wk 6 - 40mg p/d
wk 7 - 30mg p/d
wk 8 - 15mg p/d
And after the cycle is over take HCG to recover.
Would this be what I am looking for?
Any suggestions would extremely be useful for me.
