first cycle, beastdrol/katanadrol log

alright guys i have started my first cycle today and i just thought i would log day by day or as i see fit my experiences so to start off with my cycle will include the following
WEEKS
1-4 beastdrol
1-4 katanadrol 2.0
1-4 n2gaurd
1-4 bridge at a double dose (since hcgenereate is mia)
4-8 postcycle/unleashed
4-10 forma stanzol
ALSO i will be taking ancient strength throughout my cycle, fish oil, BCAA's and protein of course

My stats as of yesterday 6'1 214lbs and 17.8% body fat.....yes i know it is a little high BUT my goals are not to be ripped with 8% BF i like a more bulky muscle packed look and my diet is not important here i have it in check and i am getting enough nutrients i am doing this log strictly for people to see what kinda of changes they can expect so lets start this damn log

DAY 1----I get off work at 3:30 i come home and there is a beautiful USPS box with my name on it :blow: i cut it open and open up my supps......down goes my beast and katana caps...next goes my bridge,n2gaurd,ancient strength! head to the kitchen mix me up some n2kts green apple flavor and down that delicious shit:drink2:!......alright now im on my way to the gym....pantera broken is getting me all pumped up, its arm day bitches!:garza: hit the gym hard and had a great workout i think just the thought of having beast in me made me work harder.....i head home and do some interval sprints around the block a couple times and then follow it up with some wheytobuild vanilla and more ancient strength........i cant wait for day 2!

also i will be recording side effects and my moods i am always short fused though so that wont change and ill log my Blood pressure as well

Beast is the best in week 3 and I'm sitting on a bottle of Katana now. CAnt wait to try it. GOOD LUCK Buddy!!!!
 
yeah bro record ur lifts before and after, so u can get a feeling of the effects on ur strength , thats what im curious about

For sure bro I'll record a couple of my main lifts just for comparison I know right now I'm sitting at a 275x4 and 315x1 bench I'm trying to improve that for sure

cool ill be following......almost think u would be better off separating them into two cycles. Isn't katanadrol mainly used on calorie restricted diets? Personally I would have used beast to bulk then katanadrol to cut i feel like u would get more out of it

I had that conversation with needto about running beast 1-4 and katana 3-6 to cut but he also said it would be good to run both weeks 1-4 for better gains.....so I decided to do this....but your theory is also right

Yea the good thing with Katana is the sides are really mild so it's a good stacker....and thanks I'll keep everyone posted day to day....maybe even a couple times a day for shits and giggles I want someone who wants to do a beastdrol cycle to see basically everything that will happen from gains to sides and stuff
 
DAY 2:inflate:
alright guys its day 2 now and im just gonna do a quick check in....i had to work today so my workout was at 6:45am....i wake up at 6:15 get me some more delicious n2kts green apple and then down goes the beast,katana,n2gaurd,and some bridge.......im wide awake and already pumped which i believe is just because i know im "on" and i cant wait for my workout! i hit the gym hard and had a great work out so far not noticing to much with strength gains im which is ok cause its only day 2 i didnt write down my whole workout but i do recall some of it
DB flat bench 55x15/ 90x8/ 105x6/ 90x12
DB incline 65x10/ 75x10/ 95x6/ 75x10
i also including some cables (low and high) and a couple chest machines...one thing i would like to be known is that i do have SHOULDER BURSITIS which makes it a little difficult for me to go heavy with dumbbells because one wrong move and im out for a week it sucks!
my blood pressure is 116/64 right now
side effects-none yet!
the only side effect i am having is the fact that i want to be in the gym again already! ill post an up:wavey:date later tonight of how the rest of my day goes

 
Just gonna make a few quick notes here....it's 1am and I can't sleep, my stomach has had a weird upset type feeling for the past 3-4 hours, nothing intolerable just a weird feeling about to try to sleep and hopefully feel better tomorrow morning....besides the upset stomach I have been feeling great all day!
 
Ok guys I missed a update yesterday so here It goes.....after my chest day Saturday my chest was CRAZY sore like It felt like I could actually feel my muscles growing.....kinda scared me at first but it feels good! Yesterday was a quick bicep pump day and again my biceps are ridiculously sore! The pumps we crazy and almost had a burning sensation.....also Saturday and Sunday I had to take a nap around 2pm both days because I was so tired....blood pressure is staying good and no other pains or headaches this far I'll update later after the gym
 
Good luck bro! And just watch out for the lethargy that hit me first lol.....and feel free to keep me updated on your cycle through this post that would be cool!

will do bro. its kind of cool, you get some sort of placebo effect. i just feel pumped, and i havent even hit the weights yet. ill update more tomorrow.

Quick update here.....hit the gym hard it was a back day went great and after I got done I went for a jog....15 seconds into my jog BAM stomach pains.....then here comes along the lower back pumps lol I made it through a slow pace jog and now my lower back is still pumped pretty bad, but I'll manage

Glad to see you started a log broheim......good luck on it! I couldnt sleep well on diesel my last dose is about 4 hrs from bed time but xanax is a beautiful thing lol..... Keep up the work!

Thanks bro! And so far no problems sleeping but back pumps and even next stiffness and headache got to me pretty bad for about an hour but now it's all good

3-5g taurine daily will help with the back pumps theyll only get worst since u just started. U don't want them to effect ur training or it will hinder ur cycle. Its cheap and effective

Thank you very much bud I'll pick some up after work, like I said they were not to bad just noticeable and I wanted to note down every side just so people know....but I just want to thank everyone for following again and all your guys input is awesome! I'm glad I got some good guys to help me along the way......and on another not I used a heat pad for a couple minutes back pumps went away and had a good sleep, woke up and I'm feeling 110% again I think it's the interval sprints that put my body at stress the most

Pel, i dunno about you, but i woke up like 3-4 times last night sweating. Has this happened to you? i started the 3 caps yesterday. What does your diet look like?

Oh great my diet gets brought up....lol this is gonna get me yelled at because I DO NOT count all my nutrients....I'm a power lifter not a beach body kinda guy and I like it that way....my diet is ground beef and ground turkey 1cup in a tortilla plain 6-7 times a day also snacks will include a variety of vegetables and fruits....again no exact counting I know I get enough protein and carbs so I'm good but I know a couple guys are about to rag on me bad for this diet lol....as for the night sweats I have not had this problem yet and I have been taking 3 caps since day 2 and I'm on day 5 now.....I have found that splitting up the n2gaurd and bridge throughout the day helps with the sides.....have you been monitoring your blood pressure? I know it isn't easy for everyone but I bought a blood pressure machine for my home so I could monitor it daily.....and I want to remind you that even if the sides are bad try to work through them bro just remember all the benefits we are going to receive throughout this cycle!!:) besides for the sides do you have any other updates!?
 
Just hit the gym for chest day...overall good workout nothing extremely different, also went for a run just now and again lower back pumps....pretty bad this time actually had to cut my run short and now I'm heading straight to the vitamin store for some taurine!

And regarding calorie counting I know I'm kinda being a noon for not counting everything but my main focus is getting enough proteins and carbs....I do keep track of those lightly and I'll check out your post for sure bro.....it's extremely difficult for me to keep track because of my job I work in a metal fabrication shop ao everything has to be microwave Cooked and sometimes I have to travel so it gets hard sometimes but I keep my protein and carbs good and it works for me

As for sides my lethargy has not bothered me since day 2.....lower back pumps kill after I go for a run but besides that I'm feeling good.....I'm on day 6, starting to get excited!:)
 
I would also like to update really quick on my weight.....I started at 214 18% BF well I stepped on the scale this morn and BAM 221....WTF I will be checking my BF again tonight to see if diet need to be adjusted, I'm kinda under the impression that it might be water weight since I upped
My consumption to closer to 2 gallons a day

cardio is when Ull notice the backpumps the most it gets pretty painfull especially on the treadmill
 
Yea I do interval sprigs around the neighborhood....like sprint 5 driveways walk 2 sprint 6 walk 2 sprint 7 walk 2 and so on until I reach 10 then work my way back down to 5, would a elliptical or bike be easier on the back?

Monday - Friday I usually keep a tight routine which does not change much. So all I need to do it count them once (takes me 5-10 min) and done. I went on livestrong.com and did it. It’s free and ridiculously easy. I’m not pushing you to do it, just thought id share my experience. Lol. Like you, I was sure I was getting my required dose of carbs and protein (I was semi close), but what surprised me the most was the amount of fats I was eating. It’s crazy how the smallest thing can really change your diet.

In regards to lethargy, I honestly don’t feel it that much. I’m generally sleepy in the morning, so it’s nothing new. Back pumps I’ve felt, but very moderately… I’m not running, just light jogging (20min 3 X a week) in order to keep fat and back pumps at bay.

What I do feel is a bit nauseas. After every work out, I’m feeling nauseas and have to wait at minimum 30 min before I can drink my post work out shake. I’m hoping this gets better with time, since it’s a bad feeling. Last night, I woke up 3 times covered in sweat. My pillow was soaked and I had to pee like a race horse. Second night with night sweats, but this time much more pronounced. The peeing I think had to do with the high intake of water last night.

Other than that, everything seems ok. I’m keeping water intake high and working out extremely hard. I don’t feel any changes in size or strength, but don’t expect it either till mid second week. Keep me posted bro! take it easy!

It depends when i work out. If i do a morning workout before work, then all i will take will be some GEAR and N2KTS 30 min before. If i work out in the afternoon, then ill have a semi high carb meal an hour prior follored by N2KTS and GEAR 30 min after. Regardless of when i work out, i still feel a bit nauseas. Maybe im pregnant, who knows.

i actually Pm'd him like 4 days ago, and have not received a reply... we were both running almost the same thing (no katana for me). im alive, no problems here.. have gained about 8 pounds thus far... havent even finished week 2.
 
Ladies and gentlemen, I'm sorry I haven't been on and updated it was retarded to leave you with that last post BUT my engine on my truck blew so I have been busy then he'll finishing up my jeep so I had a vehicle to drive! But I am doing ok for the most part I definitely have a tiny bit of shrinkage I think lol could be in my head tho!, I am up 11lbs so far and I'm feeling pretty good on a daily basis as long as I remember to take my taurine for my back.....I'll update again later today for you guys
