First cycle, any suggestions

I am 22 5'10" 227 lbs 22% body fat

I lift and do cardio 4 times a week. I'm trying to lose some weight while adding some lean muscle mass.

This will be my first cycle and with so many options out there today I am overwhelmed with what to do. I have access to pretty much anything, just dont know what to get. Any suggestions on a first cycle would be great.

I was thinking about winny, EQ, and Enanthate but not sure.
 
1st of all, WELCOME ON BOARD ....don't forget to fasten your belt while you r fying with as.....lol
roughly, sustanon 250 mg is good enough ..try and y'll see and this is not the time of winny / eq or enanthate ......take care and read
 
I think you need to diet down a bit to get the full benefit of juice, but if you must start now, a simple test only cycle is the way to go for a first run. Anywhere from 250-500 mg every week in 2 doses. That would yield you some good size and strength. But like I said if you do not diet down some, you really won't see the beneftis visually.

I agree; u need to be at or below 12% bf to see the changes
