Simple 500mg Sust / wk. No deca or kickstart needed on your first cycle. You will be pleased with the a simple test only cycle your first time. My first 3 cycles were test only, but my first was 500 mg sust / wk and it was great. After your first, cycle maybe add some dbol to kickstart with some test. Someone told me once just KISS...Keep It Simple Stupid.
