First cycle and training log

Hey everybody. Im starting my first cycle in a few weeks, so I decided to post a cycle/training log (including the maxes of main lifts, and body stats) up here for anyone who may be interested.. Ill add before and after pics as soon as i can

THE CYCLE(exact start date unsure, but about 2 weeks from now)
weeks 1-4 dbol 30mg ED
weeks 1-10 test enthanate 250mg, 2 x wk
weeks 1-12 EQ 250mg, 2 x wk
ancillaries. milk thistle, according to label directions
letro: 0.25mg EOD

PCT
day 7(7days after last shot) HCG 500iu every 5 days**EDIT: to be taken during cycle.
day 21: clomid 300mg
days 22-32:clomid 100mg/day
days33-43: clomid 50mg/day
**OR just 25mg per day, as recommended by needto.

THE TRAINING
4 day/week, 5x5

ABOUT ME:
23, 5+ years experience lifting. 5'8". 183lbs, about 12-13%BF
goal: strength and mass, not specific weight target set, as I dont know what to expect from the cycle. maybe a lean 200? Im not sure.

CURRENT STATS FOR MAIN LIFTS(5 RM)
Bench press: 235 lbs
Deadlift: 285 lbs
Squat: 245 lbs ass to grass LOL
parallel row: 155 lbs *->going to be doing pendlay rows for the duration of the program!
mil press: 145 lbs
I hope to really get these numbers up!

Will post weights as I progress, and include some before and after pics as soon as I can..

**edit: probably going to run hcg with the cycle as opposed to at the end.

1. EQ dose is too low. Minimum 400mg a week if you want decent EQ effets. 250mg is a waist. I would run 500-600mg EQ personally.
2. EQ should be run minimum of 12 weeks to get the nice anabolic effects from it

so increase cycle length to 14 weeks
 
Bro if this your first cycle save eq for second cycle. Test at 500mg a week with dbal way you have it great first cycle. Run cycle you have laid out for your second cycle trust me

I just read an article why its better to do hcg during the cycle as opposed to after..the website i think also sells its so I don't think i am allowed to post the link.

Also here are some of my measurements to add to my log:
chest: 46 inches,
waist: 33inches,
thigh: 25 inches,
upper arm: 15 inches.

in week 3 of my cycle and week 7 of my lean bulking training..Here is my progress so far..
weight
week 1: 183 pounds
week 7: 195.5 pounds

bench press
week 1: 235 x 5
week 7: 242 x 8

deadlift
week 1: 285 x 5
week 7: 308 x 10

squat
week 1: 245 x 5
week 7: 264 x 5

pendlay row
week 1: 155 x 5
week7: 165 x 11

chest: week 1: 46 inches
week 7: 47.5 inches

waist: week 1: 33inches,
week 7: 35 inches

thigh: week 1: 25 inches
week 7: 27 inches

upper arm: week 1: 15 inches.
week 7: 16 inches
