First cycle and I want input

I'm going on my first cycle which will be an 8 week and i'd like some opinions...taking 500mg sust for 2 weeks than switching to dbol 100mg/for 2 weeks, than back to sust for another 2 weeks, than dbol 150mg for 2 weeks adding in HCG 1000iu every other day starting 3rd week and clomid if needed 4th week. you can see exact days using this link http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/author2.htm

I've read that this cycle will help to keep by body from totally shutting down on test production and help me keep gains.

I'm 5'9 175 pounds and have love handles will the cycle take care of body fat in those problem areas on there own as I grow or will they need special attention?
 
i dont like it.

you are trying to get too fancy. Do sus for 10 wks @ 500 mg per wk. Then do pct. If you want to jumpstart the cycle w/ a little d-bol for the first 4 wks that is ok.
 
Terrible cycle IMO. Stick to Test E for 10-12 weeks. If you want to kick start the cycle with D-BOl, use it at 50mg a day for 4-6 weeks! Make sure your PCT, diet, training and rest are spot on!!!! :Chef: :tuc:

Terrible cycle plan. Do more research before starting any kind of cycle.
 
wow first i'd like to say thx for the fast replies its not often you can write in a forum and have 4 replies in 4 mins...I'm quite surprised with the feedback to be honest I did do alot of homework and was mainly looking for a cycle that paid attention to keeping gains made.

Ive allready ordered what i've stated above and it should arrive tommorrow could anybody suggest a cycle using the above ingreds? and also although nobody yet likes this plan would it do what its stating it should do?

1-4weeks 25mg of dbol/day

but dont touch anything until you research aLOT MORE AND LEARN TO DIET build a base before you use...

that is not enough. You need more drugs. Get enough sus to run at least 8 wks preferably 10. With the sus I would also run L-dex. This will help to keep off the bloat. I'd run it @ .5mg eod at the dose of test you plan on taking

You also need drugs for PCT

PCT is how you keep yer gains. There is a sticky at the top of the "my cycle" page that gives the proper method for doing pct. STUDY IT
 
oh big Travis i was saying his original cycle is so not what id do, yours is fine, but his live might look like swiss cheese after 12weeks of Dbol, ha
 
oh syringe11, sorry if iwas a little huffy... do your research, and its good you asked before you started that cycle, commend you for that, try to build a base so youll have even better gains when you start, gluck man...
 
If you are going to run the Sustanon, do EOD or E3D shots. This will allow you to take advantage of the short esters! :Chef: :tuc:

Lol nice post gman1 i'd thank you to stay away from my ass and as for being fat if I lost about 10 pounds i'd be sitting pretty but last time I checked 10 pounds overweight wasnt "fat" I've been lifting for almost 2 years and the only reason I even have this extra weight is because of a soccer accident that tore up one of my calf ligiments and i've been outta commision for a couple months (still going to the gym but not running). I'll admit the numbers for dbol were off because initially I was going to use anadrol and didnt make the conversion when I posted.
But how is it that every thread I read there's some guy that feels he needs to blow everything out of proportion and carry the old "you need to keep building naturally cause you have no clue" torch? did you notice this is a roid forum...I did

im no expert but that seems like a bit erratic for a first cycle. id do the orals in the first few weeks to jumpstart gains.
 
I will assume you have been training for awhile. This being your first cycle the test and dbol will be all you need in my opinion. I would try them alone and save the rest of the stuff for later. A great wizard once said if you can't grow on test and dbol YOU CAN"T GROW ON ANYTHING. My first cycle was just that I weighed 185 at 5'10 500mg enethate/week 25mg dbol/day both for 8 weeks. I didn't taper shit and gained about 35 lbs. Sure some of that was water but still lost a load of body fat and retained 18-20 lbs of muscle. If you think you are gonna be a lifer get the 25ga pins now, you won't be posting about scar tissue as quickly as those who stab themselves with 22/23ga pins. Also at this earky stage you don't need to stack 4,5,6 substances at a time. Keep it simple for now, get plenty of rest, and watch you diet. Just my 2cents.
