First Cycle after 4 years off

I want to start my first cycle after 4 years off. A lot of new info out there now. I want to start with 6 weeks on a sus and deca cycle. I used to be up to over 400 bench and over 400 push press with very little AAS. But I'm 36 years old now and I want to use AAS to get back up to my "former" strength as soon as possible. I just started lifting again 4 weeks ago and am making decent progress. But want to kick in with the juice. Any suggestions about sus and deca....or what do you young punks (in-the-know) suggest???
Thanks for all your suggestions. I'm listening. My body fat has gone way up since being off for 4 years........probabley to 20% body fat. I'm really looking to get back in shape. I'm natually pretty strong but need to shed the fat and build some good muscle. Thanks again. -Farmerjohn

i'd drop down to at least 15% bf 12 would be better before touching them. also if you just started lifting again keep on going natural till your gains subside. then if you want run sust and deca but 6 weeks is not enough bro. 10-12 at least.
500mg sust a week
400mg deca a week
both for 12 weeks
pct with hcg and nolva

no, aas are not fat burners that depends all on your diet. 10-12 weeks and you have to buy ancillaries or you will lose all your gains and more.

hcg nolvadex things that help you recover during pct. you need to read the pct sticky in the post cycle therapy forum

I agree w/ bruce. if you've only been back training for 4 weeks you have a lot of gains you can make w/ proper diet, training and there are some damn good natural supps on the market now. I was out for nearly a year (and off aas for 3) due to a motorcycle crash. Its very tempting to try & short cut back to where I was but a good diet, creatine and protien supps I'm still makin gains. I have my next cylce in hand but I'm waitnig until I need them

definitely agree with bruce... he knows his stuff!

Worried about the cost? Why not do this:
1-4 tbol @ 40 mgs. ed
1-10 test @ 500 mgs. wk
12-15 Post cycle therapy w/ nolvadex

Watch your diet and up the cardio

If you've been off for four years and haven't lifted in while, jumping on a cycle could very well lead to injury. Your connective tissue may not handle the stress well if your weights go up too fast. I understand wanting to get back to were you were as quickly as possible, but you should consider the risks. An injury could set you back even further. Lift hard a while longer (without the gear)!

+1 great post! You need to get your body back into the routine of lifting and cardio first...

I, like your self have recently started a “come back” cycle after a 6 year break. That break was from juice, not working out. I lifted at least 4 days a week the entire time off. Now I’m back up to 5 days a week, but am also on AAS again.
