First Cycle Advice

Been out of the Gym for about 6 months now. And have abused my body a little with smoking, drinking and eating too many burgers. I'm 6ft - 183lbs and have always been lucky having a natural V shape. Although I'm still trim I know my fitness levels are *rap. I'm 33 now and have just rejoined the Gym. Creatine worked incredibly well for me and had people wondering if I already was cycling, which made me wonder what a cycle might do. Is there a link ?
When would be a good time to start a cycle and what would it be ?

man, be prepared for some harsh comments......i will start off kindly i suppose. first off you need to worry about getting into as good of shape as possible without the roids......get back in the gym for at least 6 months to a year with a STRICT workout routine and diet, get rid of the fat you may be holding, get your muscles, tendons, and ligaments used to as heavy weight as you can handle. Then after you have reached a plateau point you can think of juice......steroids are no crutch man, they will not take a normal looking person who hasn't been training or working out correctly and make them look great, diet and workout program is the key, steroids are only an aid......
 
I thought you might say that, but thanks for the advice, although I was hoping to train hard for about a month before juice. How wrong I was. However I peaked very quickly the last time I was training, easily within 3 months. Then started the creatine. Peaked again a month later, then moved house, met a girl, consequently the training went tits-up !! How old before you're too old would you say? (Use of Juice)

fuck man....NEVER too old.....just get back in the gym constantly, build you a decent base and get back into good shape and then we'll be glad to help you outline a good cycle.......don't have to go a year, but at least get your life in the training mode ya know
