Been out of the Gym for about 6 months now. And have abused my body a little with smoking, drinking and eating too many burgers. I'm 6ft - 183lbs and have always been lucky having a natural V shape. Although I'm still trim I know my fitness levels are *rap. I'm 33 now and have just rejoined the Gym. Creatine worked incredibly well for me and had people wondering if I already was cycling, which made me wonder what a cycle might do. Is there a link ?
When would be a good time to start a cycle and what would it be ?
