first cycle advice

howdy. i am 30 years old, 5-10 145 pds. i have been lifting on and off for about 8 years. in the last year and a half i went from 215 to 145. i dropped alot of bf. i am hard lean muscle now with a good amount of definition and vascularity. the stack i wanted to try was 250mg of sustanon and 200 mg of deca every five days. the sus for 10 weeks and the deca for 8. on week 5 i want to add winstrol 50mg eod for the remaining 6 weeks. i was wondering if this was a good stack and what type of gains i may expect, also what type of pct would be sufficient. i am going to be banging back the protein and i train every day. thanks all
 
Well I belive at your weight you should be able to pack on some more solid lbs naturally with the adjustment of your diet. IMO, that would be your best option. If you are going to cycle anyways then the cycle you posted should yeild some nice gains. I would drop the Winny, Test-Deca will be plenty for your first. Stop the Deca and Sust both at week 10 and start your PCT 3 weeks after your last shot. Make sure you really focus on your diet as that will determain the success you have both "on" and "off" cycle. Bro I just wonder why would you drop all the way to 145 lbs.Your only about 1 in shorter than me and if I go down to 170 I look sickly....

ya thats tiny bro.... why not add about 30 more pounds of natural muscle with proper bulking and diet.... 145 is pretty tiny for 5 10' ... especially if you've been 200+ before... i highly doubt your anywhere near your natural potential... you should easily be able to slap on some more muscle without the need of gear
 
Wow I was 145 in high school and it took me 3 years natural to get up to 180ish at 12%. I would have NEVER dropped that much weight bro...you were prob strong as hell when you had that weight on you. Now you gotta build back up. I'd say you should bulk natural till you're at LEAST 175, then maybe jump on the sauce. But you prob won't wait, so good luck with your cycle
 
I think the guys have given great advice. You can put on a lot more natty by eating and lifting better. A lean 180-195 would be a great natural build and also a great foundation to buid on with supps. You can do it for sure if you research and work hard at it. But if you decide to use it now I would simply do 250mg/week test e or c for 10 wks. Good luck.
 
ya i was alot stronger, i did take it to the extreme. but i will take your advice and lift my ass off and pound back the good clean carbs and protein and try to add some natural, thank you for the advice. sometimes the alure of faster progress can get a bit tempting. thanks guys
 
test only for a first cycle! if you take deca with it you wont know which did more or which gave you bad sides. why doesnt anyone tell him this?
