First cycle advice

I'm new to the board(this is my first post). What i'm thinking is...

Sust 250mg week 1-10

What do you think should i add something? Also should i add any anti-e's?

Im looking to add some muscle and maybe drop some fat.
 
sust @ 500mg/wk is more like it. Anything less is a waste and you won't see much off 250/wk.

run nolvadex 20mg/ed for your anti-e.

run sust 250mg E4 or E5 day
have nolvaldex on hand in case of gino
you should be good though

i think this is a good first cycle, a safe one
 
Some people get good results off of a low dose of Sustenon. If you're so inclined, you could use it every 5 days, but that's up to you.
Anit-e's? at that dose you shouldn't have a problem, however have Nolvadex handy should you be very prone to gyno.
 
Besure your diet looks good too bro!!! Only telling you this becaue you admitted this is your 1st cycle. Most people going into their 1st cycle assume gear is magical and will do all the week.

Get your 6 meals in/day
and your ~250-300 grams protein
and watch the carbs if you are trying to get lean (as you said)

A 10 week cycle of Sust every 5th day is a nice one for a newbie :)
 
.......and be sure to have your CLOMID ready for AFTER your cycle to recover. Very important as well or any of the gains you witness will be short lived.
 
I agree, you COULD see results off a low dose cycle and during this time know if you are prone to the gyno effects of compounds. It's a safe cycle...use your common sense bro.
 
i agree w/the 500 mg's a week, but i would do a little front loading. sus is a blend of esters , if you front load you can take advantage of the fast esters & your blood levels will be better the first couple of weeks. i would say 750 mg's week 1, run 10 - 12 weeks & start clomid PCT 2 weeks after last inject. dont taper, sus is self tapering
 
Just finished a 5 week cycle of 250mg E4D and saw TREMENDOUS gains. I've posted them before and was pretty much called a liar, but I know the truth. Protein intake and lots of meals is the key. Eat a ton, and live in the gym and 20 pounds is easiliy obtainable for a 1st cycle, however you will see quite a bit of water retention. I've been advised to have some liquidex on hand for my next one, which I've already looked in to. I started a thread on front loading Sus and the popular opinion was not to do so. But thats your decision to make!! Good Luck!!

try dbol 25mg for 3 weeks
