First cycle advice please

Hey guys I'm planning a first cycle and just wanted some of you guys with experience to have a look at what I've come up with and let me know what needs to be altered or done differently. So here it is:
Weeks 1-10: 600mg per week test e
Weeks 1-4: 40mg dbol per day
Weeks 8-12: winstrol 50mg per day
Weeks 12-16: nolva and clomid at 40/20/20/20
and clomid at 100/50/50/50
Weeks 2-12: hcg 500iu once a week
Arimidex e3d 1mg

I'm 6'2 and weigh 246 at about 13% body fat and have been training about 7 years (26 yr old). My goals for this cycle are to put on some size and hopefully lose a bit of bodyfat aswell. Do you guys think this can be done with this cycle? My diet couldn't be much better at this stage as I've learnt over the last couple years how important it is and really worked on it. So please let me know what you guys think and what you would change etc.

Welcome to EF...

Looks like you have a good foundation @ 6'2/246...

Putting on size will come from diet & training...

Losing body fat will come from diet & training...

Suggestion on the cycle would be to run test only for a 1st time, if you must, run the d-bol but save the winny for another day...

NEVER say "my diet couldn't be much better" cuz there's no way that's true for anyone....post your diet, & let's take a look...

What supps are you taking/planning on taking while "on"...

A lot can be said from a diet. There is a guy of mine who "had" you exact stat 12 weeks ago but is 33 years old. He got on a similar cycle of geneza pharm and now he is 230 6% and switched from PL and BB. Guy is in greart shape.
 
even pro's say there diet could be better so i wouldnt get to relaxed about that portion of your lifestyle.

i'd run the test for 12 weeks for sure and if its you first cycle i would only run 500mg, unless you got 300mg/ml gear i guess.

and i'd pick what you wanna do, size or cut bodyfat. trying to do both at the same time can prove frustrating for most of us so bulk up and cut down afterwards
 
Cheers for replies fellas. I had already read the pct thread above but as I'm living in England I didn't think I'd be able to obtain the products like unleashed and such. Am I correct or will it not be a problem? Do you guys genuinely rate that stuff as I'd never heard of it before today. I'm not slating the stuff I'm being honest. Anyway here's my diet during the week, I tend to be a little bit slacker on the weekends ( pizza on sat etc.).

7am: shake(40g protein) , oats(50g)
9am: chicken breasts, 3 slices wholemeal bread, salad
12pm: chicken breast,2 eggs, 40g brown rice
3pm: turkey( about 200g),40g wholemeal pasta, peas
5pm: same as 3pm ( sometimes chicken), broccoli also
8pm: pwo shake(40g protein), 40g simple carbs( glucose powder or sugary cereal)
9pm: chicken and broccoli
11.30 pm: 200g sirloin steak, 150g low fat cottage cheese
I supplement multi vitamins, vit c, cod liver oil, bcaa's and creatine
 
At the end of the day I've usually eaten about 800g of chicken breast, 200g steak,80g whey powder, 1l of whole milk and 150g cottage cheese. I haven't worked out how much protein or cals I'm getting but I've put on a good amount of muscle( and a bit of fat) so I think I'm meeting my requirements.
Yes mate it's 300mg per ml hence the 600 per week. Do you guys think the 500iu's hcg per week is enough to keep the boys relatively happy or would you suggest a different protocol? Cheers guys I appreciate the help
 
Good diet bro!! I would just drop the winny for now, you are gonna see great results with d-bol and test!! As for PCT,I'm from Ireland so I've never used any Unleahed or any of that stuff, although all the guys on this board seem to love the range of products!! I've never used HCG either. My PCT is always Clomid 150mgs first 3 days,down to 100mgs next 4days,50mgs next 14 days(21 days total) and Nolvadex 60mgs first 3 days,40mgs next 4 days and 20mgs next 21 days(1 month total). It's always worked fine for me! And remember a similar protocol has been used for a long time by some very sucessful bodybuilders and Mr.Olympias! But it's all about finding what works for you. Just keep doing your research, you already have a VERY solid base to work on

The pct you posted above looks fine bro. You need a serm like Clomid or Nolva to get you going again after a cycle. Your cycle actually looks very good as well, I don't see any major flaws with it. Using HCG on cycle is also a good idea and 500iu or 600iu per wk is plenty to keep the boys plump.

After your 4wk PCT try to get a hold of some supplements with the following ingredients to assist in with your natural Testosterone
production:

Bulbine - Phytoserms-347 is one of the only supps available with it in there...

Fadogia agrestis - HCGenerate, T-force

d aspartic acid (DAA) - TestForce2, TCF-1

Also look for herbs like Tongkat Ali, and Nettle Root Extract.

All of these will help get your natural production of Testosterone up. If you can get any of them then it will be better than nothing. Good luck bro :)
