First Cycle....Advice, comments appreciated

Man I love this site. I have got some killer feedback. My friend was right in recommending this site.

I was thinking of adding clenbuterol as a cutting agent with this cycle. what do you guys think of this? Should I do it or should I wait and go on it during my pct as a way to both shed some pounds and maybe push the extra bloat out of my system?

Also some one suggested winstrol instead or d-bol anyone know why?
 
First of all... as already stated, don't run your first cycle for 16 weeks... that's just crazy... 8-10 weeks is plenty... as for dosage, 250mg/wk isn't bad... it's hard to say how big your gains would be off that kind of dosage.... you can always bump up a bit a few weeks into your cycle.... forget dbol and more so, forget winstrol... always keep your first cycle SIMPLE... as for cutting, DO NOT look to AAS for you to lose that extra bodyfat.... you're gonna have to hear it again, DIET is what's going to get you there... most will tell you to trim down a bit more and THEN start your cycle, this way you can better see your results....otherwise your have muscle covered by fat... that's a waste. I haven't seen your diet so I can't comment on it... but diet is what's going to make you either bulk or cut up....Also, no need to finasteride unless you know you need it... unless you know you have hairloss problems. It is a good idea to have an AI on hand to keep estrogen sides down. Any more questions, just ask!
 
This is your first cycle - take advantage of it. This one will yelid you the most gains the fastest, if done correctly.

I wish each of my cycles was like my first - if it was I would look like Jay Cutler. Here is what I suggest you do.

Test (I prefer sust, but Test E or Test C will work just fine) 400-500mg / week for 10 weeks.

Week 1-10 Test 400-500mg/week
Week 1-15 Arimidex .5mg ED
Week 13 Clomid 100mg ed
Week 14-15 Clomid 50mg ed

Dont worry about cutting BF - use this cycle to grow muscle. Wait until you finish this cycle then chisel your new body. Remember that your diet/training/rest is 80% of your cycle, the gear is only 20%. Up your calories and protein intake - research diet before you get started.

my diet goes like this

Small bowl of cereal, skim milk 6am

workout

20g of whey protein shake 9:30am

one slice whole wheat bread folded with 2 slices of turkey, chicken, turkey ham 11am

one slice whole wheat bread folded with 2 slices of turkey, chicken, turkey ham 12:30pm

one slice whole wheat bread folded with 2 slices of turkey, chicken, turkey ham 2pm

one slice whole wheat bread folded with 2 slices of turkey, chicken, turkey ham 3:30pm

one slice whole wheat bread folded with 2 slices of turkey, chicken, turkey ham 5pm

one slice whole wheat bread folded with 2 slices of turkey, chicken, turkey ham 6:30pm

Apple, grapes, cherry's some fruit added to one of those

Dinner chicken breast, cod, salmon, lean cut pork, or 96 lean beef, with brocolli, cauliflower, carrots, and some whole weat pasta or red potatoes.

Current supplements, 3 CLA pills a day, 2 mega men sport, green teea extract, flax seed oil, ZMA at night, fiber pill, ephedrine

Once on cycle going to up protein shakes
 
Drop the processed meats - high in sodium.


You need REAL meats - eat 8oz lean meat - cut eating down to 6 times a day - get in 2lbs of lean meat a day. Do more research!

This is solid advice! 500mg/week of test is a great first cycle, and the lowest dose I would personally consider.
 
ok I see everyone is either saying 250mg or 500mg. I am just curious why not cut it down the middle and go with something like 350 or 400mg. I am worried about aggresion. My wife and I have an agreement that if I have a severe change in mood she will flush it all and divorce my ass. What do you guys think.

On a side note I did some research on this AIFM and if I am reading right a big ingredient in it is DHEA. Would this help as an AI?

hey caravan why would you suggest 600mg for first cycle?? and if it is your 1st cycle how do you know that you would not hve made just as good of gains from 250-300mg every week dont go suggesting things to 1st timers if it is your 1st time!! and 16 weeks is way to long for 1st cycle!! you might be getting great gains but think about if you ever want to do another... you are going to have to do over a gram aweek. i have done 3 or 4 test cycles and still only using 500mg of test e slow down before you hurt your body! more is not always better

Alright.... {sigh}....I'll cut it down to 12 weeks. But I'm still gonna do 600mgs per week. ARRRRRRRRRRRRR me harty!

Use the 250mg/wk its your FIRST CYCLE not your only cycle you need time to how your body will react good or bad. What you learn from this cycle will make your 2nd cycle that much better don"t rush it!! Drop the processed crap you need real chicken breast,turkey,steaks get some real meat in your diet you will be amazed at the change in your body. CONGRATS on being man enough not to hide it from your wife this will make planning out shots,meals,training soo much easier.
