First Cycle....Advice, comments appreciated

Ok first me, 6 foot even, 215lbs, decent build, lil extra body fat about 18%.

My friend is recommending my first cycle as

10 weeks of 200mg to 250mg Testosterone-Enanthate

Possibly 4 weeks of 20mg D-bol in the beggining

then of course my pct

First time cycle, to the vets out there here you go round 2 bust my ass.
 
are you trying to lsoe bf... and to tell you ti will add to you bf...well depends on how you diet but...if you want to. drop the bf...winstrol instaed of...dbol
 
do test only for the first time. keep the dbol fort your second. you should see how you're body reacts to test (sides etc) before you start stacking. if you see sides first time around and are stacking...then you won't know what which compound is causing them.

test @250mg/week for 10 weeks is a great start.

oh and what does your PCT look like?

also...you may wanna keep nolva on hand too just in case of itchy nipples and i would also start taking finasteride a couple of weeks preior just in case of hairline problems.

i'd say take an AI for the gyno or bloat but it may be overkill at those doses...but then again...beter safe than sorry. thats up to you.
 
OK I will have to get back to you all on the specifics of my PCT. My friend is guiding me, infact he has told me to come here with his advice.

Anything I cna take to add in body fat reduction even if it comes at the sacrifice of some gains.

Don't anybody say diet either. Read my other thread I cover my diet and it isn't that bad.

Some one said to take winstrol instead of D-bol.....why?????

This is also my first cycle. I would suggest 500 to 600 mgs of test per week not 250. I'm on 600 mgs of test cyp per week and the results are amazing with correct diet and proper training. I'm on week 8 and still holding BF around 18%, but I can tell I'm losing the BF very rapidly, and I'm not doing cardio. I cant fuckin wait until week 16!!!! Which is also how long I suggest the duration of your first cycle should be. GET some clomid ready for PCT after 2 weeks of cessation of your cycle. Also Time on equals time off.

hey caravan why would you suggest 600mg for first cycle?? and if it is your 1st cycle how do you know that you would not hve made just as good of gains from 250-300mg every week dont go suggesting things to 1st timers if it is your 1st time!! and 16 weeks is way to long for 1st cycle!! you might be getting great gains but think about if you ever want to do another... you are going to have to do over a gram aweek. i have done 3 or 4 test cycles and still only using 500mg of test e slow down before you hurt your body! more is not always better
 
Do some research on the process of HPTA shutdown and you'll accept that 16 weeks is silly for a first-timer. It'll require a lot more aggressive PCT than an 8-12 weeker.

From what I remember, the stages of shutdown come in at 3, 8 and 12 weeks. After 12 weeks, the whole system can be considered dormant. These figures obviously aren't hard and fast: they may vary between individuals, to some extent, and between compounds. They are good guidelines when planning a cycle and its duration, though.
