First Cycle, 5 Years Natural

Ok guys, i begin lifting when i was 15 i continued all the way through high school and put good size, then i entered the parties, girls and shit, and i still lifted but not as hard as before, as for diet, i have learned to eat, what my body needs and uses, about 5000 calories a day, coming from 60/40/20 60 carbs 40 protein and 20 good fats. Now i been lifting hard for about 2 years, i have learned as much as i can of my body, my routines, and food i eat, i had not considered steroids in the past because i prided myself on being natural, i think i would start with 250 sustanon each week, with 200 of deca.
I have read many posts, information, and taken advice from friends and trainers, this was not an easy decision. But i want to break my limits, but with intelligence i do not want to end dead at 35, ok my stats are 160 lbs 5.67 feet and i have a body fat percent about 11, i eat clean every day, and now i have given up partying and alchohol, i plan on doing this the right way, i think i will add legalon for liver protection, creatine and a good protein source, as well as a strong multi vitamin as animal pak, i was just wondering if you guys would recommend anything else.

I would use a higher dose of test 500mg a week, and think about dropping the deca. i kno everyone is differen but im doin my first of 500 test e and 300 deca gains are good but i think i would not use the deca if i could do over, i got really puffy nips so upped the dose of aifm but it looks like its not off estrogen more of proE off the deca as was not holding any water and had really dry joints, but still the puffy nips!

seems that i am probably going to wait a little longer, like a couple of years, i think my body is in top production and the risks of getting these things, and the law, are very high, so am gonna continue natural as long as i can, it is hard, but it will save me lots of problems. buy anyway thanks for the input bro.

good on ya if your still happy to go natural you may aswell.

For what it is worth, try to stay natty. I am an ex pro hockey player and lift with my girlfriend 6 days a week. I have always wanted to get into gear but loved the feeling that i could put up 315 natural. Eat right. chicken, tuna, steak, potatoes, peanut butter, and the best breakfast of low fat vinalle yogurt, nuts, melon. that gives you energy and is so good for you. Our trainier used to give that to us every road trip. Just work at it and results will come. Gear is good, don't get me wrong, but hard work + diet can work good as well. take it for what you want
 
Without a great diet and ass busting training on a consitent basis gear is worthless. Make sure you can't improve on these 2 things before starting a cycle or you will be disappointed with the results.
 
Thanks guys, i appreciate the input, i will do as you guys say.

Just wondering a friend of mine needs to know which syringes are best for intramuscular injections, lets say if he buys it at androusa.com he needs to inject in the glute so i tried helping him but i cant tell him which is the best one because there are a lot and he already ordered some that are from insulin which do not work for intramuscular inejcitons, i have been injecting him with some syringes he brought back from a trip but now they are gone, so i ask you guys for your help.
