Ok guys, i begin lifting when i was 15 i continued all the way through high school and put good size, then i entered the parties, girls and shit, and i still lifted but not as hard as before, as for diet, i have learned to eat, what my body needs and uses, about 5000 calories a day, coming from 60/40/20 60 carbs 40 protein and 20 good fats. Now i been lifting hard for about 2 years, i have learned as much as i can of my body, my routines, and food i eat, i had not considered steroids in the past because i prided myself on being natural, i think i would start with 250 sustanon each week, with 200 of deca.
I have read many posts, information, and taken advice from friends and trainers, this was not an easy decision. But i want to break my limits, but with intelligence i do not want to end dead at 35, ok my stats are 160 lbs 5.67 feet and i have a body fat percent about 11, i eat clean every day, and now i have given up partying and alchohol, i plan on doing this the right way, i think i will add legalon for liver protection, creatine and a good protein source, as well as a strong multi vitamin as animal pak, i was just wondering if you guys would recommend anything else.
