400mg/week Test E.
Nolvadex on hand and for pct
Adex...but how much? I just want it for less bloating. Is it .25mgs or .5mgs??ED.

Start with .25/ed and see how it goes.

depends who you get it from...I agree w/ stalion - I personally run .5mg eod @ 500mg/test per wk (long 1/2 life allows you to go eod if you chose)

The problem is not going to be in putting that weight on ... it's going to lye in keeping it afterwards .

Your PCT is going to depend on how long you plan on running this cycle , so if it's 8 weeks you best plan ahead for shrinking boys downstairs and a way to quickly as possible fire them back up , once again time dependent you may want some clomid at the very least for PCT .

Sword...that really depends on the person. I have run multiple cycles of test @ 500mg/wk and .5mg eod does the trick for me. I generally recommend for people to start there and if they start getting bloated to up the dose

Thanks for the replies. I dont want to do clomid. A body of mine is doin that right now for pct and man is he messed up,acne,depressed etc.I think Nolv. would be enough especially since its only 400mg/week. Also should I split the shots in 2 days or just do 2ccs at once??

Good point.... You can actually go up to 5mg of Adex daily..... There are many studies done with 5mg per day, and it's safe.....

Well, at 750mg Test E per wk 1mg Liquidex is not enough to keep me from bloating- but I guess i am pretty 'fat and old'.. LOL
You have to tune it in, the range we're talking is just enough so that you bloat a little, not enough for gyno. Why run something you don't need, right? I'd give it a .25-.50 ED try, and see how that does. More is NOT better. I've run too much anti-e and had hellish joint pains/headaches. You don't want that, just to keep a little bloat off and gyno away. Try it, see how it does for you.

Thanks. I think the A-dex im getting is 1 mg. I guess i will just cut it in half(.5mg/day).
