First cutting diet.

Hello there. I will start to diet end of february, so i made a diet plan to follow bear in mind its all my own thoughts never did it before so any advise will be appreciated.

Breakfast 8.00
1 cup oats with 0% fat milk plus 1 scoop of whey protein
1 coffee black with some low fat milk

Snack 9.30
1 small sandwhich with brown bread plus low fat cheese and turkey or 1 tuna sandwhich

Snack 2 12 before gym
4 egg whites

Workout 1-2pm
Right after workout 2 scoops of whey protein

2.45pm Lunch
chicken with white rice

Snack 4.pm
1 apple with some nuts

Dinner 8pm
Not anything specific, trying to get some chicken mostly

I workout 3 times per week monday/wednesday/friday i didnt insert in any cardio yet.

I am 33yo 181lbs my body far around 15%.

Please advise and make necessary changes. Thanks
 
You did not mention about your weight, that what you want loss the weight
or gain the weight. i think this diet help in maintain the weight.

Use cottage cheese instead,because its v high protein, and wholegrain bread.
Snack 2 12 before gym
4 egg whites
Not much protein,maybe up it to 8?
Workout 1-2pm
Right after workout 2 scoops of whey protein

2.45pm Lunch
chicken with white rice
Maybe add an omega 3-6-9 supplement and a vitamin/mineral complex
Snack 4.pm
1 apple with some nuts
Try add a chicken breast.
Dinner 8pm
Not anything specific, trying to get some chicken mostly
Maybe another chicken breast, and a casein skake before bed.
I workout 3 times per week monday/wednesday/friday i didnt insert in any cardio yet.

I am 33yo 181lbs my body far around 15%.

Please advise and make necessary changes. Thanks

Do your cardio in the morning before breakfast and take a scoop of whey protein before it.
