In a serving they avg. about 25-30 cals (cooked, plain) you could eat like 3 times that and be ok.

alexiarenee New member Jan 5, 2002 #24 Oh, and lettuce has like no calories.....maybe 5 or less.....lettuce (iceberg) isnt very nutritious either.
