First contest cycle

Hey guys plan on doing my first comp at the beginning of October. I'm in the middle of a 4 week bulk and then my prep coach is going to set me up with a slow 16 week diet.

6 ft 210lb 11% bf. 25 years old. Lifting since 16.
Never really cycled, I have ran some ph which messed me up....

I'm currently running omnas(sust) at 250mg every 3 rd day. (Loving it)
Need2guard etc....

My plan is to run the sust and something else for the next 8 weeks or so and then switch to 75mg test prop, 75mg of tren ace, 75mg of mast and run that all the way up to the comp.

My question is what should I add in with the sust to help me gain some nice muscle over the next couple months before I make the switch to test prop??? Primo? Mast?

Also first real cycle so I'm alittle concerned about taking tren ace. Maybe I should just do test prop and the mast and save the tren??? Would 75mg EOD still give me bad sides???

I have a well known coach helping me but I still would love your guys thoughts!!!

If you're doing a show in October, you shouldn't be bulking right now, even if you are 11% bf. I noticed this has become common, guys are not starting prep early enough and aren't coming into to shows dialed-in (under 5% bf).

I suggest you start a bodyopus diet right now with a test prop (very light)/primo/HCGenerate/D-spark/N2Guard/arimidex cycle, along with N2Slin and cycle in N2Burn. For the next 3 months get dialed in properly and work on getting leaner. If your bodyopus is correct and your cycle is on the money, you'll actually be able to get leaner while you gain more mass. Think Frank Zane when you think Bodyopus/low-carb (CKD).
 
I agree that too many bulk too much. I'm doing a real clen bulk if you call it that...... Just upping the carbs for the time being. So if an start the diet with higher carbs. Pretty much letting my coach do what he thinks best.

Test, EQ, Mast or Test, Primo, Mast are both good choices. For competition, I would switch to test prop, then use primo, and masteron then run some winny or var on the back end. Something like this would certainly transorm one into an Adonis on stage.

1-8 Test Prop 100 mg EoD
1-8 Primobolan 150 mg EoD
1-8 Mast Prop 150 mg EoD
4-9 Anavar 80 mg ED

If you want to bulk just do a flat sust bulk: 6 weeks max
500mgs of sust /week
Arimidex 0.25mgs ED
d-spark 1cap/day
HCGenerate ES 3 caps AM/2 pre-workout
N2Guard - 2 caps AM/2 post workout/3 PM


Go into a cutter for pre-content, right after.
