Well I just injected sust into my right bi and I feel GREAT... I love bi injections.. oh yes... I'm happy!!!

It didn't hurt at all, I used a 25g 5/8" pin... Everything went real smooth

How big should your bicep be before injecting into it, and how big should your tri be before injecting into that as well.

Big? Umm i dont know.. My bi's were 16" before I started my cycle a little overa week ago...

The past several weeks I’ve been doing 1cc/prop/eod in each bicep using 23g 1” pin. The first injection was a little painful, but all subsequent shots haven’t hurt at all. I don’t know if this is a good or bad thing, i.e. scar tissue.

sust bis inject
I used to mix sust (here in brazil = durateston) with a veterinary oil of vitamins called ADE) to increase the volume (stresh fibers and fascia) as well to minimize the pain associated to hight concentrated test per ml in sust.
just got very good results,mostly in the peak of my bis.

Bicept injects are killer...
Do you guys rotate from the inner and outer head.... or are you just centering up and going for broke?
also how much are you slamming... i've been changing my doses and frequencies... 3/4cc's in each ed now and loving it!

I'm using nile sust and doing 1cc per shot... when i start my next cycle ill be doing more though... I'll be mixing my eq and test shots and also fina and winny together in shots... its an almost all injectable cycle.. clen and t3 will be my only oral gear used during that cycle... I cannot WAIT for that one... I'm gonna be a pincushion and LOVE EVERY FUCKIN MINUTE OF IT!!!

You can do just one.... What I did was inject into my right bi thursday of last week and then thursday of this week i did my left bi with glute injections on both mondays of those weeks...

That's sooo old-skool-grade-2-immune-shots.
LOL, they are not that bad but I did so many glute shots on my last 2 cycles, when ever I inject I feel the pin "poping" when it goes through the car tissue
