Another post about DNP hell yeah!
I've been lifting since 10 years now; I first start lifting and exercise to loose weight because I used to look like Cartmann. At 14, my weight was 355lbs at around one billions percent body fat, no joke i'm serious. One day while playing football, a friend of mine pinched my chest and said " Hey its like my girl tities" So I said to myself, fuck that
I'm off to loose all that fat. Another reason is that has an horny teenager boy I wanted to get laid. ( LOL ). I cut my calories by an enormous amount and increased my exercises.
And of course I started lifting. 11 months later around my 16th birthday I was 194lbs
And then I decided to be serious about adding some mass, first because of football, but 2nd I wanted to be a freak mofo. It was fun around mid season (football) I was 210lbs
7%bf a 53" chest and a 34" waist. It was quite a nice time. Did I get laid? Hell NO.
My lifting routine become more and more like a NASA experiment, because I tried everything but also my lifting and dieting became a science. It was a way of living.
Did I stay at 200lbs or so? No, I was gaining mass like hell, couple of months after
When I was 17, I was 240lbs at around 10% bf, but I hurt my knee during a friendly basketball game and I was off for many months. During that period of recovery I gained around 40lbs, mostly of fat. After I came back to the circuit (football in the CJFL)
I was a 275lbs Defensive end at 17, with quite a normal body fat actually. I ended the season (94) at 290lbs, with a good shape.
I went to the collegiate ranks, and then hell started. I arrived at camp with an superb shape at 295lbs, but later on while talking with coaches and NCAA scouts about my "most important decision of my life " Many of those bastard suggested me to add some weights.
I was like " Hey what the fuck" I remember one from a University, that suggested my coach to add 25lbs on me (it was a Florida school, a private one! Ya get it) we already had one player playing offensive Guard there. (Richard Mercier, so Hell ya know I played my cegep at Vanier). Unfortunately for me, has a young fuck that was able to do anything for a fucking Div 1-A scholarship I did it, I put the 25lbs. But two fucks happened, 1- I was late in school, so I spend 80% of my time reading, then the mass that I added was mostly fat 2- Did they offered me a scholarship? NO.
I was now, 315lbs Defensive tackle, with a bf of around 20%, I played another season,
With a different team (change of head coach fucked everything so I transferred).
I went to the NCAA at 322lbs, with a school from Florida (a lil one that never fill his stadium SIGH
) But because of my father death, I went into depression and fuck everything. I came back home at 325lbs, took a sabbaticals year, even joined the army. ( Hell no weight lost during BOTC, I took some
Later on, on a natural path I start juicing, start football again with a CIAU football team,
I was able to bring my body to a 315lbs at 17% (im now at 315 at +- 16%)
With 5 cycles.
Some weeks ago I decided to do DNP, I had read about it, but I was misinformed, so I asked the rights person, and decided I had nothing to loose except my fat or??.
I am doing the cycles for many reasons.
1) I added a lot of mass during the last years, with a large quantity of fat
2) I dieted, but it always yoyo styled
3) My current body fat is not quite high compared to the normal Joe-Blo type of guy.
4) I was quite depressed with the way my body was looking, even if I spent hours a day working on it.
5) It might be a scapegoat but I had that feeling that DNP would increase my aspirations, goals and boost me, a good kick in the ass because I need one, since the last two years were shit
6) Diet, training, are good, but nothing is able to cut that *&/R/%" fat that I gained out of me
Here we go.
I started my DNP a week ago, just completed my first 5days, and I stopped today because I have an army medical on Wednesday, so I will continue it Wednesday night.
First five day @400mg crys.
First day: two hours after I swallowed the cap, I felt a warm feeling, I was quite of warm all around, my tasting changed, food tasted like shit.
2nd Day: Again warm feeling, some sweating, but nothing.
3rd day: ITS STARTED TO KICK IN, I had to go shopping and after an hour in the shopping mail, I called it a day, I wasn't able to keep up, I was sweating but felt so tired.
I wasn't able to sleep at all.
4th MAMA MIA, THANX GOD I HAVE AC, in the car at home and thanx Jesus my car is a convertible. Outside was 13c and I was in tank top outside in shorts while everyone
were in coats.
5th I met my mom, and she think I'm sick, because I'm talking with her and im sweating like im a sauna. She even told me " On what kind of shit you are on again to boosts your muscles son" I replied I was experimenting the Sauna type diet, thanx she bought the shit.
I met other peoples from my family and they all think im dying from something. I must say now that the sweating is a fuck pain in the ass, part that not uncomfortable, just a day in Uniform is not quite fun.
Day 6th was supposed to be today: QUIT, due to the test in 3 days.
I've gained three pounds, mostly water, I feel so fucking bloated, especially around the abdominal belt.
But I met peoples that I didn't meet for a few time and they all commented on my major
Weight lost, no baby buffy face and I look slimmer and they even asked me my secret.
Even mom, commented me on that, while on a short few days without seen each other (2days)
From what I can see so far is a noticeable appearance change upper body (arms, shoulders, chest but mostly the face is more square, I came back to my non buffy square face and its motivating me, I cant wait for Wednesday and complete my cycle.
DNP is great while using it safely guys, I hope to get the results I want.
Its not a fast way, but a way that I was supposed to do because of no other alternative and so far it worked great and I liked it. And thanx to it, it brought me a kick in the ass to motivates me and bring the old 3Vandoo back in the game again.
It was just the tool that I needed to bring me back to normality ( hehehehe )
