First 5 weeks Complete - Need Directional Advice

Finished my first month of really clean diet and lifting with a cheat meal here or there. I went from 6'0 185 to 170-167lbs but I am a lot stronger. Haven't really improved much on the bench press though.

I got measured with the calipers and I'm at 9.3% body fat now. (21yo male) I don't know what I was at before but I would imagine it was more around 14-15%?

I'm a hockey goalie so I don't want to be huge, just a bit bigger than I am now, because I don't want to impede movement and flexibility. I just want to have a really strong core and quads as well as look cosmetically good.

Is this a good enough base to just start eating probably around 1000 more calories a day and put on some more mass or should I just keep doing what I'm doing?
Also I've only been taking Whey...thinking about maybe some creatine or other sups. If you have recommendations there I would like to try some new things.
Thanks everyone!

I've seen national caliber Olympic lifters who could do the splits. How flexible do you need to be?

If you only want to get so big and that's bigger than you are now, work on getting bigger and stop at "big enough". I'd suggest you check out the "Training Information Vault" stickie and pick a program. Then be a bit more specific about your goals and you'll probably get better advice.

Good luck!
