hi, ive just started my new lifestyle plan,ive got the BTFFM ebook,so i know about the nutrition and cardio side of things from the book,all i want to know is mainly this post workout meal thing,it aint mentioned in the book,also if any one could advise on any other little things i could do,im trying to lose BF,im not useing and drugs or supplements,going natural.wondering about vitemins aswell are they worth taking aswell?any advice welcome
at the minute
BMR is roughly 2000 so im eating 1800 calories aday,plenty of water and a clean diet,doing 3 days moderate low carb and 1 day high carb,im doing 30mins on my treadmill on monday tuesday,thursday saturday,got the 5 times 5 weights book,using that for weights on wednesday,friday sunday
hopefully should see some results.
