Ok Bros. I'm finishing my first cycle this sunday and I am just wanting to make sure I have everything in check for pct. I am on a cycle of deca only at 400mg/week. When sould I start PCT? I know the half life of deca is like 15 days so should I start it in ten days or should I wait a little longer? I have nolva and clomid on hand for PCT. I'm going to run the nolva at 40mg the first week and 20mg the next two. The clomid I'm going to do 300 days one 200 day two, 110 for ten days and 50 for ten days. Should I split up the doses on the first couple of weeks? As far as diet and training how should I change them after the cycle. My diet is roughly 4000 cals. at 20% fat, 40% carbs and 40% protein. My training split is like this
Monday: Chest Tuesday: Back WED: off, Thur: Shoulders Fri: Arms Sat: Legs and Sun: Off.
I have been doing 3 to 4 sets with reps of 6 with as heavy weight as I can use. So how should I adjust these now that I'm off cycle? I appericate any and all help and karma to all those that help. I'll be posting pics and stats from this cycle in a couple of weeks. Thanks guys for all your help.
