i am running forged pct, forma, hcgenerate, and unleashed for a good strong pct, then gonna run a little mini bridge/mini bulk for a few weeks with around 500 extra cal and a little more saturated fats than i normally take in. maybe get my body fat closer to the double digits, then hammer on the sarms bro!
fully recovered, i'll hit some bloods, and if all comes back clear i'll run the hella/osta/s4 stack i've been dying to try! Dylan, what would you recommend for a pct and support with a sarms plus ph run? gonna be new to me!
all in, you're gonna love this shit. Make sure above anything else that you drink plenty of water so your body doesnt think it needs to retain any extra. the sides i started experiencing were some that i had already dealt with early in the cycle, but they started coming back really harsh in week 4 and my previous solutions werent even knocking a dent in them
i'll list a few, and how I overcame them so that if you notice any, you can try it out and see if it helps
BP problems were the #1 side i dealt with. you'll notice pain behind your eyes, a throbbing sensation in your neck/head especially on cardio days, and occasionally bad headaches. drinking about a gallon 1/2 water helps with this alot, but make sure if you're drinking that much, you get an outside source of potassium(a banana or two a day is plenty)
back pumps are unavoidable if your intend on dosing at 30mg. i dosed at 20mg and still got them, but taurine should fix them for the most part (as will the potassium) also, if you get them too bad, try waiting until post workout to dose. this helped me alot on leg days and when using my lower back the most (DL/Squat)
nausea is what kicked my ass this past week. eating just after or just before dosing helps this immensely, as well as drinking a bottled water or protein shake with your dose.
on cycle i ran n2guard, forged liver support (just for extra safety), forma, hcgenerate starting week 2, and fish/krill oil combo
taking katana is going to dry you out a bit, so i would suggest a good fish/krill oil for your joints. if you need any help at all just let me know bro, it's some great stuff and can pack on some dense size! good luck bro!
