Finiplix & the DEA

A friend of mine who is with the DEA has informed me that the DEA has obtained lists from several companies, I would post the names but I'm not sure if that is legal here, of individuals who have purchased pellets for the purpose of manufacturing Fina. He said they are just looking into it, but they have a pretty large list. He informed me that he saw some familiar names on this list. I am not sure if he was trying to send me a message or what, but for the past several weeks I have been paranoid. So if any of you have been wondering if this was being investigated by the Feds, well, now you know. I do not live in the same state as this Agent, however I am sure they are looking into it everywhere.

Has anyone been or know of someone who was arrested or prosecuted for merely ordering FinaPlix? Under the CFR it is illegal to divert for human consumption. To my knowledge no one has been arrested for merely purchasing. It would appear that some more has to be shown - that the individual is altering the product for human use. I haven't heard about an ambitious prosecutor pursuing this approach - yet. Although it isn't entirely unlikely that the feds would eventually begin to look at repeat purchasers which arouse suspicion, ie., an address in Brooklyn, New York where there is obviously no cattle ranching.

Because they are legal to purchase, the feds can't really do anything. The only exception to that is if someone was ordering very large quanties of the stuff and was under suspicion of converting and then reselling. But then again, who's to say that you aren't ordering very large quantities for your large herd of cattle? If you are only ordering for yourself, go right ahead...you're fine.
