Finger digit length - testosterone level

Well my right hand ring finger is about 3/8" to 7/16" longer than the right index finger so I feel good.

Left ring is about 1/8" to 3/16" longer than left index.

Who da MAN! haha....

Just telling me what I already knew baby!

d-dub, I wouldn't stress it man. I think it's just sort of a general predictor.

It's like the old wrist measurement thing. If you got wrists under 6" you can't get very big arms and if your wrists are 7" or bigger you can get pretty big arms and if they are 8" or bigger you can get BIG arms. I think it's true to an extent, but it doesn't take into account that you may get thicker or your bone structure may thicken as it goes up your arm.

I remember Charles Poliquin saying it was hogwash because he has like a 6.5" wrist, but 18" arms solid.

See what I'm saying?

No worries ghetto - no stressin over here. My attempt a smiley failed.

My point was if you have finger length or wrist measurement of X, and it does not indicate you have high natural test/good growth potential, you would not stop training because you did not have an optimal length third finger.

There is research that also shows this is a good predictor of being a lesbian...which I am....but my ring is on par with my index. I think scientists get high and make stuff up just to see if they can get funding.

All good stuff :)
My wrists are almost exactly 8' and my ring finger is 5/16 longer than my index. Same measurements left and right hands/wrists.

The trouble with having great potential is that it takes longer to get there. :RADAR

I don't think this article implies good growth potential or anything, that has more to do with receptor sites and such.

More to do with certain attributes that make someone a good athlete - a certain kind of attitude, aggression, etc
But it doesn't say anything about the CNS which is even a more important thing. A person with very fast excitable CNS = huge potential for speed, strength and power
