Whats the recommended daily dosage of this stuff? ive noticed thinning and wanna re grow what has been lost if possible, thanks

1mg a day would be fine to start off with. Just make sure you know the possible sides and which AAS you can take with it and which you should avoid while using it.

The only one that you supposably can't is deca. Some people say it's fine and others say it will increase shedding.
Finasteride will only help w/ test, all other AAS it will not have a negative or positive effect on shedding.
