cycles?
I don't want to go to deep into a large mg. cycle but I was wondering how I should cycle this. Will a pyramid work? Should I go daily or eod or 3 days per week? I lift mon-fri and I'm off on Sat and sun.
I was thinking of this:
M-F for 8 weeks but I don't know how much to take. I'm 6'1 at 215 lbs. now.
