Well, first off, you got some good advice from everybody here. One thing I would add, is that at eod, you better be changing your inject spots frequently. Don't just do glute shots. At eod, you need to use your delts or quads or both.
How many days have you been alternating 'cheeks'?
When did this occur, and how long has it been painful? Maybe try an aleve.
And like they said above, be very very sterile, swab the bottle top, and your inject site, etc.
It is one of two things: 1)abcess or 2) knotted up from scar tissue, and or oil that hasn't had time to disperse.
Give us some more info. Otherwise, my advice would be to wait a day, if it gets worse, go to the doc. If it gets better, try to 'sit it out', lol.
