After reading all the information i could and researching, this is the cycle i came up with.. let me know what you think or any adjustments i need.....

1000mg testo enanthate a week 1-10
400mg deca or EQ a week 1-10
50mg d-bol a day 1-5
300mg tren enanthate a week 5-10
20mg nolvadex a day 1-13
clomids

my stats are 5'11 220 14% bf
 
that is alot of aas you have planned. what is your cycle history like? and how long have you been lifting? if this is your first or even not, you should lower your doses those are doses youd see the pros doing. you can achieve really good gains on lower doses with a really good diet and killer pct. just my.02

this is my 4th cycle, iv always gradually upped my dosages i started off with 30 mg dbol, then 40 on my next one so im gonna try 50 now. my last cycle i ran test at 750 mg, so 1000 seemed like the next level to go to.

iv been workin out religiuosly since i was 17, in hs i was really small, i was like 5'11 165 lbs. he kinda took me under his wing. over the years i got up to 190 with a good bulking diet and his workout routines. when i was 21 i tried my first cycle and it worked great, all my cycles are monitored by him and all my pct is set up by him as well. i showed him this cycle, and he warned me that its alot, but assured me that my body could handle it. so im gonna give it a shot
 
Whoopa, that's alotta juice man!

You are experienced though, you know what you are doing. hit it hard and make it count.

Watch out for all those sides though...you don't want to be bloated with bitch tits, zits, always sweating bullets and have your dick not work.

You did some research, but you forgot to add an aromatase inhibitor like Arimidex to the mix. Nolvadex should be just be kept on hand in case of gyno.

Why 1000mgs of test? I think you can easily settle for 500mgs test, 400mgs DECA
 
I chose 1000mg test because this is my 4th cycle and iv gradually went up everytime iv done it.. so i figured 1000 would be ok? you think its too much? last time i did it i did 800mg and i was ok with that... and the arimidex and nolvadex are always a given i have all the pct i need.

Was your last cycle a stack? 800mg of test + what?

I've gotten bigger than that on less!

Diet is the key!

For 220, you are running lots of gear, how's your diet? sounds like it needs to be dialed-in.

to be honest with you thats something i need to research a little more.. since im trying to bulk this cycle, ill use the meal plan i used last time... its gonna look stupid to you guys but ill giv eit a shot...

Morning.. i Eat 6 eggs with an enlarge protein shake, and i put 2 scoops of the all natural herbal peanut butter in it and a few pieces of fruit.

Pre-Lunch...2 cups yogurt...granola bar..can of tuna with no mayo

Lunch...3 cups brown rice...3 turkey burkers no buns..and a chicken seaser salad.

Pre-dinner...usually egg salad or tuna salad as a small snack and another enlarge protein shake.

Dinner...8-12 oz. of red meat. or 3-5 chicken breast.. mixed vegetable and 2 cups white rice...

Before bed...Casine protein shake...

I know it seems basic and not very well put together compared to the kinda diets you guys have but im kinda knew when it comes to the details.. help me out!!!!

Actually your diet isn't that bad. I would substitute the white rice with Basmati rice or brown rice and instead of just a few spoons of natural peanut butter try and eat 1 half to a whole jar of it a day. I know MAKAVELLI recommends this to his clients and I know for a fact that he knows his shit.

I would go that route because I personally hate gaining any fat while bulking, so eat a ton but keep it as clean as possible. Whatch the carbs late at night and don't drink while cycling, it will hinder gains but you probably already know that.

All in all looks half decent, good luck bro! ;)
 
How did you do ur last cycle ? (gain) 1000 mg is alot of test not flaming u but more is not necessary sometimes so if u gained pretty good with 800mg last time I would stick with 800 no need to add more just dropping more cash .If minimal gain just up it to 1g .Good luck with the cycle !

I always workout before the predinner snack..

and the reason i bumped it up to 1000 was because i thought ur body becomes use to that dosage so you need to go higher but i guess i was wrong.. thanks guys... how does that diet look?

Do me a favor, tell me more about the diet in detail, for example "enlarged protein shake, 6 eggs" how big of a shake, egg whites or whole eggs?

Well the enlarge protein shake is in an 10 oz glass, and i drink it with milk so 10 oz of milk and 2 scoops of enlarge and i eat 6 egg white and i use 4 off the yolks..
 
grams of protein per scoop. we need some more detail. how many cals you eat each day. ounces of the chicken and everything else. as much detail as possible. saying 3 pieces of chicken doesn't tell us how much you are eating bc they could be small or extremely large.
 
With that many compounds, and all the doses being on the high end, I project you'll be posting threads in the near future asking for help from complications and sides. If this is your 4th cycle, you're not that experienced. By god, at least do what Mr. X said and get your ass an aromatase inhibitor. I would also do hcg mid cycle to keep you from shutting down too hard. It's pretty much inevitable though, especially if stacking deca and tren.
 
Im gonna have to look harder into my diet to get exact details, and after reading everyones posts i think im gonna tone down the cycle a little bit...
