to be honest with you thats something i need to research a little more.. since im trying to bulk this cycle, ill use the meal plan i used last time... its gonna look stupid to you guys but ill giv eit a shot...
Morning.. i Eat 6 eggs with an enlarge protein shake, and i put 2 scoops of the all natural herbal peanut butter in it and a few pieces of fruit.
Pre-Lunch...2 cups yogurt...granola bar..can of tuna with no mayo
Lunch...3 cups brown rice...3 turkey burkers no buns..and a chicken seaser salad.
Pre-dinner...usually egg salad or tuna salad as a small snack and another enlarge protein shake.
Dinner...8-12 oz. of red meat. or 3-5 chicken breast.. mixed vegetable and 2 cups white rice...
Before bed...Casine protein shake...
I know it seems basic and not very well put together compared to the kinda diets you guys have but im kinda knew when it comes to the details.. help me out!!!![/QUOT
Actually your diet isn't that bad. I would substitute the white rice with Basmati rice or brown rice and instead of just a few spoons of natural peanut butter try and eat 1 half to a whole jar of it a day. I know MAKAVELLI recommends this to his clients and I know for a fact that he knows his shit.
I would go that route because I personally hate gaining any fat while bulking, so eat a ton but keep it as clean as possible. Whatch the carbs late at night and don't drink while cycling, it will hinder gains but you probably already know that.
