all of the lifts i have done this week have gone up about 5 lbs,im the happiest ive been in a long time
what i am most im pressed with is my t-bar row,at the start of the month i was struggling with a 45lb plate and a 10lbs plate now i am pushing 2 45's with perfect form,its great when effort pays off
