Let's face it - writing any article on how to get huge and not mentioning juice is like writing on article on how to fly but not mentioning the airplane.
Truly hard and huge=juice unless you are a true freak of nature.
I go to the gym 5-6 days a week. Never more than an hour at a time, and I only train each bodypart (except calves) once a week..... I have gained 10 pounds in the last 3 weeks. Someone tell me im overtaining.
