For the next 3 months
I have started my journey with peptides, Possibly AAS this is for the following objectives.
Heal my labral tear faster
speed up physio therapy
cut some fat
get my joints and tendons are greased and geared up for training
increase flexibility and endurance for.. the training that comes,
I am going to cram 2 years of training into only a few months...
Diet:
not 100% on this bad boy, I know there is a shit load of dead animal for me to eat.
and a great deal of fruits, berries, and lettuce , vegetables, having a shortage of meat might be a problem I am currently without my protein powders.
I am starting my cycle which will last about 4 months or so, like this.
300mch Ipamorelin ed 5 on 2 off (3 shot)
50mcg ghrp-2 5 on 2 off (1 shot)
Orange triad multi vitamin x6 ed
fishoil x2 ed
this will contine till the physio therapy is over, and then once it is finished in 3-4 weeks, regular training will go for 2 weeks, unsupplemented, then if all progressess fine i will add more gear.
