"synergy"
good music, air conditioning, toilet paper (when you don't have it, you miss it), TONS of hammerstrength machines and those other machines. good free weights and this cool rubber floor.
(my old gym that i was a member at for years till they finally just gave me the key, shut down)
they only have one bench downstairs with the dumbells and 2 more upstairs with more dumbells and the circuit training stuff, but thats ok. at least they are there.
the people at the front desk were happy to have me there and gave me a great price (under $20 a month if i don't tell anyone my price since its usually $500 for the year). I saw some people from my old gym who wants to have me lift with them- a HUGE guy from england who just growls and grunts but he's polite to me, but even if i don't- there is always a trainer there to spot.
now i'm too tired to post my workout, but basically i benched 145 x 5 x 2 and 135 x 7, plus a whole bunch of aux. stuff on all these new machines.
it was cool.
