finally did it!

Thanks to this board and a couple of others I finally did it. I learned about PCT, lost excess body fat, and tons of other information I wouldn't of learned on my own thats for sure.

Got all my stuff, and was thinking about taking the plunge with the syringe for a couple days. Did it yesterday with no problem, easy as hell.

Heres the kicker though. I had a great run, felt great at jui jitsu practice all night. Then did some rolling. Then bam! Hurt my rib some how. I tried to work through it but it hurt so bad I ended up going to the emergancy room late last night.

Turned out to be a disloged rib luckliy. Doctor says I could be out a week or so but I'm opptimistic.

So now I'm wondering - do I stop and wait till my rib is better or keep going since I might be able to lift again in a few days?
 
well depends if you stop... then you will be wasting but what are you using... b/c if its something you have to take everyday... then i guess you could stop till your almost better... um... how long are you personally going to take off... b/c i know when the drs use to tell me to take 2 weeks of that lasted 2 -3 days...
 
I have taking a week off before mid cycle. Messes with the mind, but I actually looked a little big and felt a little stronger when I came back. Don't sweat it too much.

I'm taking 100mcg or test prop eod. I have a feeling to that the doctor was being overly cautious. He says I can go back to work in 2 days and I told him I do a lot of heavy lifting from anywhere to 20-150 lb boxs all night long. So I figure if I'm good enough for work then I should be able to lift.

If you've only done 1 shot of prop, then I would wait a week or so until I healed then start the cycle.
 
Ya but if you can lift in a few days, then keep going. You don't want your levels to be fluctuating from the very beginning.
 
Yeah what till you feel 100% go back to gym start off slowley and when you recoverd hit the juice again :)
