Finally back in the game again!

Now that I'm almost fully recovered from my injury I suffered in July I'm back working out again. Started lifting this past week and in 2 weeks now in my Krav Maga classes. Starting everything simple right now. Eating smaller frequent meals every few hours. Just food and vitamin-mineral supplements right now. No protein shakes or creatine or thermogenics. Also started another eq only cycle which I had good success with in the past. Frontloaded with 1g the first week and gonna take 750mg/week the remainder of the cycle. Training will be as follows.

Monday - Krav Maga
Tuesday - Chest, Abs
Wednesday - Krav Maga
Thursday - Mid and lower Back, Biceps
Friday - Triceps, Delts, Traps, Forearms, Abs
Saturday - Legs(won't be weight training based but will consist of plymetrics, interval runs, and kicks on the bag) - Krav Maga optional this day
Sunday - Rest

As always my weight training workout will take less than 1 hour.

It's good to be back and I feel really good overall. Will update every so often.
 
Started taking dymetadrine xtreme(ephedrine free) today. Only took one pill though. Tommorow I will take one pill 2 times a day along with the 1 cup of coffee I already have 2 times a day since starting this whole plan. As well I decided to just stick with 500mg/eq for the whole cycle and really see how everything goes since my diet is really good this time around. I won't take another shot til next Thursday and since eq has a long half life that should be fine. Tommorow I will also start supplementing with protein shakes. I bought the Perfect Rx shake and will have 2 every day along with my meals. Lastly as far as abs go I'm going to start doing them 5 days a week with weekends off.

Everything is going smoothly. I'm already feeling the eq as well. That and the better eating plus finally training again is really getting me motivated. Chest day tommorow baby!!
 
Went to Boston this weekend and I cheated a bit but I'm back home and right back on track. Tommorow I'm gonna go really low carb to help make up for this weekend.

Gonna go for the 90's on incline this week! I'm getting back pretty fast. When I first worked out again I was doing 60's then the next week I did 75's no problem so this week I'm gonna go for the 90's. 120's I'll be BACK!!!!

Haven't been too consistent with the protein shakes and fat burners but I'm still eating my meals on time and in good proportion. Overall everything is going smoothly. I'm already looking leaner and looking much better and I feel better as well.
 
All I can say is that everything is going so well! Much faster than I would have expected even. I still can't fully extend my elbow 100% as it's off by about a few degrees but in time it will. Either way this past weeks workout has been phenomenal. I trained my chest on Monday instead of Tuesday this past week and I did the 90's no problem so I went up to the 100's on incline and hit it for 6 reps before my left arm gave out. It's only been 3 weeks since I started lifting again. I did back today and one arm rowed with the 100's no problem as well. I feel good that I'm getting back to my former self than once I'm there which will be soon enough I expect to be in the best shape I have ever been in my life for this Spring and Summer. I can't wait. :p

So far so good with everything. I'm eating well during the week and cheat a little bit on the weekends now and still everthing is going good. Went out clubbing yesterday as well for the first time in about a month. Not going out til New Years too. Dedication! Hehehe.... Anyway as far as my strength goes I did the 100's already on incline for an easy 10. Thing is though I did it last Monday night right after my Krav Maga class. This week I'm hittin up the 105's. I deadlifted 405 as well but only for 3 hard reps. I'm getting back there though. Bodyfat-wise I'm losing weight at a good rate as well. Fitting back into my 33 jeans already. My girl was even shocked at the rate I'm losing considering it's only been a short time and I'm hardly using any thermogenics at all. I did however purchase some epedrine which I started taking this week but only pre-workout though.

Time to eat pizza and watch football now! Giants better kick ass tonight! :evil:
 
Ahhh Christmas day and damn did I cheat like I have never cheat before yesterday! I ate and drank so much yesterday it was fuckin great! I've been eating a bit more normal lately and not being so strict eating overall. Starting New Year's I'm going at it again full blown. On the plus side I haven't put on any extra bodyfat and I also am getting much stronger every week. I have a test coming up Jan. 9 too for my next level advancement in Krav so I'm preparing for that as well conditioning-wise.

Some current lifts -

Incline dumbell presses - 105's for 11 reps.

One arm rows - 110's for 10 reps

Deadlifts - 405 for 5 reps.(Last rep was really hard.)

*Getting back up there again.

I do know however that since I do take up Krav Maga now and am more consistent than ever that in a way it does interfere with my overall recovery weight training-wise but it's a trade-off. I'm alot more conditioned, explosive, and flexible. What sucks is I still can't extend my left arm fully straight though. Doesn't really affect me negatively when I'm working out or in Krav except my reach isn't as good and when I do side fall breaks it bothers me a bit. Gotta keep stretching this baby out.

I also started taking Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and I love it! I'm definately going to compete in mixed martial arts competitions.

My new training schedule will be as follows.

Wednesday - BJJ
Thursday - Rest
Friday - Back, Biceps, Forearms, Abs
Saturday - Krav Maga, BJJ
Sunday - Legs, Abs

Ahhhh today is rest day. :)

Thx guys it's good to be back. I'm taking about a month off of anabolics(I know it's not a long time) before I hit it up again but only gonna do 250mg/test enanthate/week and see how that does for me. Summer I might add a little eq but nothing crazy.
