Finalizing cycle/diet/training plans, please look!!!

CYCLE:
weeks 1-3: 50mg dbol ED, 750mg sust (.75cc EOD)
weeks 4-9: 500mg sust (250mg on sun, and 250mg on wed), 80mg tren ED, 100mg winny ED (oral)
weeks 10-12: 500mg sust

***taking .25mg arimidex ED, 50mg clomid EOD thoughout the cycle, and 3 weeks after last shot, post cycle clomid will be: 300mg first day, 100mg ED for the next week. the second week will be 50mg ED.

also, clen and t3 will be taken for 2 separate 3 week intervals.
clen; 20mcg tabs: 2,3,4,5,6,7,8 (stay with 8 tabs ED till 3 weeks is done with)
t3; 25mcg tabs: 1,1,1,2,2,2,3,3,3,4,4,4,3,3,3,2,2,2,1,1,1

DIET:
Breakfast (8am)-
2 pieces whole wheat bread
1 cup oatmeal
4 whole eggs
1 8oz glass of milk
1 8oz glass of water

Post workout (10am)-
2 plain bagels
1 can of tuna with light amounts of low fat mayo
1 banana
1 glass of milk
1 glass of water

Lunch (12:30)-
1 can of tuna (plain)
2 glasses of milk
1 banana

Snack (2:30)-
1 myoplex shake
1 glass of water

Dinner (5:30)-
Grilled chicken breast
1 cup of rice
1 cup mixed veggies
1 glass of milk
1 glass water

Snack (8)-
1 can of tuna (plain)
2 glasses of milk

TRAINING:
mon- chest/forearms (3 exercises for chest, 12 sets total. 2 exercises for forearms, 6 sets total)

tues- legs/calves (4 exercises for legs, 14 sets total. 2 exercises for calves, 6 sets total)

wed- arms (2 exercises, 6 sets total for both bis and tris)

thurs- delts/traps (3-4 exercises for delts, 9-12 sets total- 3 for each head minimum. 2 exercises, 6 sets total for traps)

fri- back/neck (4 exercises for back, 12-14 sets total. 1 exercise for neck, 3 sets total (neck machine, all 4 ways for one set)

***abs done EOD as: 5 sets 20 reps roman chairs, and light weighted oblique crunches (25lbs) 3 sets 25 reps each side.

***cardio done pre-workout, and breakfast EOD for 20-30 minute sessions

SUPPLEMENTS:
ALA
Milk thistle
Saw palmetto
Cod liver oil
Vit-E
Ginger root

tell me what ya think fellas, looking for all opinions. im starting up on sunday, so i want this all straight before then. thanks in advance for all those who post.
 
im assuming this is a bulking cycle
how many cals per day are you gonna eat?
whats the macronutrient breakdown gonna be?
other than that everything looks pretty solid
the only other word of advice, is i would ramp down the t3 a little more. The general consensus seems to be that you should begin tapering it half way through your t3 cycle
maybe like this

get some more opinions but thats what i've seen

THERE ARE MUCH BETTER SOURCES FOR FAT
IF YA GOTTA HAVE IT GO WITH 1% OR NON FAT
AND GET YOUR OMEGA FATTY ACIDS FROM A BETTER SOURCE


I'M NOT SURE IF YOU NOTICED, BUT 1 CAN OF TUNA IS LIKE 20 - 30 GRAMS OF PROTEIN. FOR YOUR SIZE YOU NEED WAY MORE PROTEIN POST WORK OUT. I LIKE TO GET ATLEAST 60 GRAMS OF PROTEIN INSIDE OF THE FIRST HALF HOUR AFTER I WORK OUT, AND I DON'T WEIGH WHAT YOU DO. ITS THE MOST INFLUENTIAL TIME TO SUPPLEMENT YOUR PROTEIN ALONG WITH RIGHT BEFORE BED.
TRUST ME, YOU'LL NOTICE A DIFFERENCE.
