k about to start my cycle just want u guys to see if im missing anything. im 22 16%bf lifting for a few years cut down from 23%natural.
Wk 1-10 test en 500mg mon/thurs
Wk 1-10 Tren ace 75mg mon/wed/fri
wk 5-10 wintrol 50mg ed
pct hcg and clomid
Diet
7am Carb/protien shake
45mins cardio
9:30am 4egg whites 1 egg
12 1 chicken breast 1 cup brown rice /w 1/2 cup shrimp
3pm can tuna 1/2 cup cottage cheese
4pm weights and 25mins cardio
5pm carb/protein shake before cardio
7:30 Deer meat and broccoli
10:30 left over meat or protein only shake.
BED
final count is 3050 cals 18% fat 28%carb 54% prot
Should i add some fish or flax seed oil for more fat? and to what meal?
