155 g carbs - 30%
173 g protein - 41%
32 g fiber

Took the day off from lifting because a.) I am tired as shit from duty yesterday and b.) I have a 5 page paper that I need to start and finish today at work.

I like them so much more than regular tuna. I have eaten tuna (and more than one can a day) almost every single day for a year straight. But I don't have too many options so I am stuck with what I can get.
