Hello,
For one reason or other I've been delaying my first cycle. Here are my details according to the sticky:
1 - Age - 27
2 - Lifting History - Lifting for 3 years. This last year was pretty flaky though.
3 - Height - 5'9"
4 - Weight - 163
5 - Estimated BF% (Or at least, lean/think/fat etc...) - 9%
6 - Diet - high in protein, vitamins, good fat. I have suishi for lunch every day (salmon and tuna). Will be going up to 4k calories on cycle.
7 - Goals - I want to only do two cycles before I begin Muai Thai. A bulk and a cut - just once. I also am an endurance athlete though I am not really looking to amp my performance - I really just want to be stronger. My whole life I never waisted any time in the gym. I was totally underdeveloped until I started lifting at 24. The first time in the gym I was crushed under a 75lbs bar bell - and I weighted 175 and had about 30% body fat. I now am at around 8 and weigh only 163 and can nearly hit 200 on the bar bell, do over 20 pullups, and well, look a hell of a lot better. This one-two strategy is just to get me strong enough to be able to fight well and live well.
8 - Proposed cycle (To show that you've at least done a little homework.)
Test Enanthate 500mg EW, 1-12 weeks
Equipoise 400mg EW, 1-12 weeks
I will likely split the injection into two a week and mix the EQ and TE into the same syringe so it's just one shot.
I will keep nolva on hand incase some gyno flares up. I am also concerned about hair loss so I will be using some off-the-shelf Rogain (and I currently alternate shampooing with Nizerol and Nutragena T-gel) My planned PCT is:
PCT (following Jenetic's protocol) - 1,000 IUs HCG 3x/wk (mon/wed/fri) in combination with 20 mgs Nolvadex ED for the first 3 weeks. After, discontinue HCG and continue with 20 mgs Nolvadex ED for an additional 3 weeks.
Any final advice is appreciated. Cash is on hand and money really isn't an issue and I'm ready to go over to western union and do this.
