im fairly new to the sienfeld mythos. what year did the final episode came out and what was it about?

I heard it was about them going to jail,and that was it.Not sure of the premise,but I also heard it sucked bigtime.

jerry and george finally get a deal with nbc for a show about nothing... nbc lets them use a private jet.... they all go on a trip to somewhere...they watch a rich fat guy get mugged... they get arrested for not helping.... they get sentenced to 5 years or so for not helping. the end.

It was not funny at all. I think Jerry was doing 2 things with it : one saying "Ha , I am on top fuck you all" and secondly he showed all his fans what selfish pricks all the characters really were. In the show they are standing around watching the fat guy get robbed, laughing at him being fat, saying maybe if he lost hi smoney he could not buy food and could afford to miss a meal.
At the end Jerry is in prison doing a stand up comedy act with unfunny material like "Whats with weight lifting in prison? Isn't the sodomy punishment enough?" or something like that...nobody laughs, and one of the convicts in the audience says "I am gonna cut you".

It was very disappointing I thought...seinfeld is definitely my favorite show of all time and I think in my personal opinion the best show ever....I can watch the same episodes over and over and over again. Plus I always thought that Friends was pretty much a seinfeld ripoff to some extent. I think its kinda funny, but not nearly as funny as seinfeld. They basically took seinfeld and added more attractive (dumbed it down) characters. Also, if anyone can tell me where Kramer got his money from on seinfeld, I'd really appreciate it. I've seen every episode (I think)...but I've only heard allusions to where his money comes from...is it an inheritance? The lottery? A lucky investment? Or what?
