fina question - very simple

Speaking of Fina....

Does anyone else have probs sleeping while on Fina...I have some mad ass insomnia!! The shit is draining me. Any ideas on curing this while on...?? I really don't care for sleeping pills.

someone told me that you should take the fina before 10:00 am and not work out after 6:00 pm , to minimize insomnia problems
