Sorry, it took a while to get back, finally have a break in exams....
The posted pics are up. I didnt post the one of my arm cause i didnt think it turned out the best but I have it if you want to see it I will post it. So I let me know what you think slin. Appreciate it. Also lost some water since ending the sus...arms down to around 16.75 and thighs around 27.75
So they arent 17 anymore, I wont lie to you
but they are def a hell of alot bigger than when I started!
